After contacting us, you can expect a reply via email within 24 hours, or the next business day. We like to begin by setting a time for a 15 minute phone call to hear about what you are looking for and confirm that our services are a good match.
Should we work together, a session will conclude with us taking up to a full carload of anything you wish to donate. We do our best to give donations to a local organization that will most benefit from the items you are letting go of. Within a few days after our session, we'll send a follow up email summarizing progress and outlining instructions for next steps.
